We aim to be the leading retailer in a specific niche product market, both online
(through our websites) and offline (through our trade counters). Our goal is to
provide an intuitive shopping experience, and to open and maintain on and off-line
stores in focused categories with a complete selection of products. And perhaps
most importantly we provide leading customer service so our customers keep returning
to us.
